Muneeb Rashid Malik

Muneeb Rashid Malik is a Senior Associate in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution team at Kochhar & Co.'s Gurugram office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. His practice encompasses Constitutional, Criminal, Civil, Arbitration, Consumer and Insolvency laws.

Muneeb regularly appears before various courts and tribunals and has considerable experience in handling complex disputes. He is also active in legal academia, delivering lectures at leading law schools and adjudicating national and international moot court competitions. With over 170 publications to his credit, he writes extensively on contemporary legal issues and has participated in numerous national and international legal conferences.

Muneeb holds an LL.M. from Maharishi University of Information Technology and a B.A., LL.B. from Lloyd Law School. He is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, the Delhi High Court Bar Association and the Bar Council of India.
