Agastya Sen

Agastya Sen is a lawyer in the firm's Litigation team in Gurgaon, representing domestic and multinational clients in high-value commercial litigation and white-collar criminal defence before various courts across India. His primary practice areas include company law, shareholder disputes, contractual disputes, white-collar crime and insolvency and bankruptcy.

He has successfully represented clients in criminal cases involving offenses under the IPC, NDPS Act and the Black Money Act, and has also assisted senior counsel appointed as Amicus Curiae in cases before the Supreme Court, including the Gujarat Riots Case. He appears regularly before the Supreme Court, the High Court of Delhi, the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal and various District Courts across India.

Agastya holds an LL.B from the West Bengal National University of Juridical Sciences, Kolkata (Batch of 2022).
