Abhinav Sharma

Abhinav Sharma is a Partner in the Disputes and White‑Collar Crime practice at Dentons Link Legal, New Delhi, specializing in Dispute Resolution. He handles complex commercial litigation, white‑collar defence, and investigations, advising and representing clients before various investigative agencies.

Abhinav defends multinational companies, conducts internal investigations into fraud, bribery, corruption, money laundering, and employee misconduct, and helps clients navigate complex compliance matters in India. Notable internal investigations include whistleblower complaints against senior leadership of a global renewable energy company's Indian subsidiary, a Fortune 500 company's Indian entities, and an Israeli agricultural solutions company's Indian subsidiary.

He appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts across the country, the National Company Law Tribunal, the National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, and domestic and international arbitral tribunals. He is the counsel of choice for the Reserve Bank of India, regularly representing India's central bank before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, NCLT, and NCLAT. He also advises leading players in the construction and infrastructure sector on disputes arising from metro rail, monorail, and road projects, including representing Larsen & Toubro Ltd. on prolongation claims, and SpiceJet Ltd. before various courts and in arbitration proceedings.

He holds an LL.B from the University of Delhi and a Master of Science in Finance from Lancaster University. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, the Supreme Court Bar Association, and the Delhi High Court Bar Association.
