His transactional experience includes several share and asset acquisitions, debt and equity investments and joint ventures. He has advised on market-leading transactions in the real estate and allied sectors, including equity and debt transactions across residential, commercial office, warehousing and logistics, hospitality, data centres and other allied sectors, and has been part of some of the largest acquisitions and divestment transactions in this space in India.

He has represented several clients, including CPPIB, GIC Singapore, Morgan Stanley Real Estate, RMZ Corp, Brigade Group, Avient Corporation and Nadathur Group, on their investments and joint ventures in India.

His representative matters include advising GIC Singapore on various investments in an Indian company and investment funds across real estate and allied sectors; advising CPPIB on its joint venture with Tata Realty and Infrastructure Ltd to develop and own a portfolio of commercial office assets across India; advising RMZ Corp on its joint ventures with Mitsui Fudosan; advising Avient Corporation on its acquisition of the masterbatches business from Clariant Chemicals (India) Ltd; and advising Nadathur Group on the sale of its stake in Indegene to Carlyle and Brighton Park Capital.

He is recognised as a ‘Recommended/Key Lawyer’ for Real Estate by The Legal 500 (2026), ranked as a ‘Leading Lawyer Notable Practitioner’ in Real Estate & Construction by Legal Era (2025–26), and a ‘Notable Practitioner’ for Corporate M&A and Private Equity by IFLR1000 (2020–2025).
