Tanvi Pande

Tanvi Pande is an Associate Partner in the firm's corporate practice at Dentons Link Legal, Mumbai, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. With over a decade of experience, she advises on cross‑border M&A, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, strategic alliances, and corporate restructurings for Indian and international conglomerates.

Tanvi has represented clients across sectors including agriculture, food, hospitality, financial services, technology, e‑commerce, healthcare, and real estate. She advised Ryan LLC on its 100% acquisition of Dhruva Advisors; Ciklum on its 100% acquisition of GoSolve Group; Eventus Group on its sale to 720 fund; Doncaster Group on its acquisition of Unipol Group; and Aquapharm in its INR 3800 crore deal with PCBL. She also advised Marketstar LLC on its US$85 million acquisition of Regalix Inc., and Legrand on its INR 190 crore acquisition of Netrack Enclosures. She advises clients on foreign direct investment regulations, exchange control compliance, and complex commercial arrangements, and leads legal due diligence and negotiation of investment agreements.

She holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Mumbai and is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She serves as Inclusion & Diversity Officer for the Agriculture and Food Section of the International Bar Association (IBA).
