Simrat Grover

Simrat Grover is a Partner at Kochhar & Co. in the New Delhi office, specialising in Real Estate Law. Over the last ten years, she has extensively advised multinational and domestic clients on structuring real estate transactions, land acquisition in India, and the leasing of commercial and industrial spaces, including preparation of related documentation.

Simrat also works extensively in construction law, drafting and vetting design and build contracts and advising clients on FIDIC contracts from an Indian law perspective. Her expertise further encompasses Corporate/M&A matters.

Simrat holds an LL.B. and a B.A. (Hons.) in Political Science from the University of Delhi. She is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.

She has been recognised as a Rising Star by Legal 500 Asia Pacific for Real Estate and Construction (2020, 2022).
