Kapil Saxena

Kapil Saxena is a lawyer at Dua Associates in Delhi, practicing primarily in the areas of real estate, corporate and banking transactions.

He advises clients on townships, solar and power projects, technology parks, and residential, commercial and industrial real estate projects across India. He regularly assists clients with joint development arrangements, including issues relating to FSI sharing, revenue sharing, land use permissions, regulatory compliance, stamp duty and land acquisition. He has expertise in handling large-scale real estate transactions, including those involving foreign direct investment, and conducting due diligence and title investigations on properties across all states of India.

Kapil holds a Master's degree in Geography from Jamia University, a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi (2006), and a Master's in Law (Contracts including Mercantile Law) from Annamalai University.

He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association.
