Shreya Dahiya

Shreya Dahiya is a Principal Associate at Kochhar & Co. in the New Delhi office, specialising in Tax Law. She is a litigator with substantial experience in indirect taxation, international trade laws, foreign trade policy and FEMA.

Shreya represents domestic corporations and public sector undertakings before the Supreme Court, High Courts, the Customs, Excise & Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, the Appellate Tribunal for Foreign Exchange, the Directorate General of Trade Remedies and various departmental authorities. She also advises clients on classification, export promotion schemes, SEZ and transitional credits under GST.

Shreya holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Amity University, Uttar Pradesh, and a B.A. (Hons.) in Economics from Jesus and Mary College, University of Delhi. She is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
