Shradha Sachdev

Shradha Sachdev is an Associate Partner at Dentons Link Legal in New Delhi, specialising in banking and finance law, project finance, structured lending, and debt restructuring. She brings over 11 years of experience advising leading corporates, banks, and financial institutions on complex equity and debt transactions, with particular expertise in financing transactions across the infrastructure and energy sectors.

Shradha has been closely involved in structuring and documenting high-value project financings and has advised on stressed asset restructuring and resolution strategies. Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, she was a Counsel at Trilegal and has previously worked with Advaita Legal and IL&FS, where she gained significant exposure to large-scale infrastructure financing and institutional lending mandates.

Shradha holds a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Amity University. She is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
