Shivani Vora

Shivani Vora is a Senior Associate in the Real Estate team at Kochhar & Co.'s Mumbai office, focusing on real estate transactions and documentation.

She handles a wide range of real estate matters, including conducting pan-India title due diligence for properties in acquisition and lending transactions, and drafting and negotiating sale, lease, leave and license, and development agreements for residential and commercial properties. She regularly advises developers and lending institutions. She also has experience in commercial litigation and dispute resolution before the Bombay High Court, the National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), and arbitrations. She also provides general corporate drafting and issues opinions on real estate, civil, commercial and insolvency laws, and estate planning.

Shivani holds a BLS LL.B from Government Law College, Mumbai and is a Solicitor with the Bombay Incorporated Law Society. She is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.
