Farhana Merchant Malik is a Partner at Dentons Link Legal in Mumbai, specialising in real estate law, corporate and commercial law, and infrastructure projects. She brings over two decades of experience advising on complex property transactions, land acquisitions, title due diligence, commercial leasing, development projects, construction contracts, and transaction structuring across the real estate and infrastructure sectors.

Farhana has extensive experience in large-scale commercial and industrial real estate mandates, including office space acquisitions and leases, data centre developments, warehousing and logistics parks, and land development projects across India. She is particularly recognised for her expertise in navigating the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016 and associated regulatory frameworks, as well as advising on leasehold transfers, industrial plot transactions, and operational compliance strategies. She advises a broad spectrum of corporates, financial institutions, infrastructure developers, technology companies, and healthcare entities on complex real estate portfolios and investment structures.
