Sairam Arjun Suresh

Sairam Arjun Suresh is a Partner at Dua Associates in Chennai, specialising in dispute resolution, corporate commercial litigation, and arbitration and mediation. He represents large corporations, including major Public Sector Undertakings, before the Madras High Court, NCLAT, NCLT, NGT, and various other forums across India.

Arjun has appeared in high-stakes matters across infrastructure, telecommunications, and shipping sectors, with significant experience in alternate dispute resolution mechanisms. His cases have been reported in various legal journals, and he has argued matters before a wide range of judicial and quasi-judicial bodies.
