Rohit Tiwari

Rohit Tiwari is a Partner – Capital Markets at Trilegal, focusing on Capital Markets Law. He is part of Trilegal’s Capital Markets team and has deep experience advising issuers, investment banks and investors across a wide range of securities offerings, including IPOs, QIPs, bond issuances and hybrid securities offerings (REITs and InvITs).

He has advised clients on transactions in the financial services, consumer technology, real estate, infrastructure and logistics, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals and healthcare sectors.

His representative matters include the Embassy REIT IPO (the first REIT set up and listing in India), the FSN E-Commerce IPO (Nykaa), the Leela Hotels IPO, the IPO and successive QIPs by Brookfield REIT, successive QIPs by Godrej Properties, IPOs by Five Star Business Finance, Aptus Value Housing Finance and CreditAccess Grameen, and the Raajmarg InvIT (NHAI public InvIT). Recent listings include Orkla India (MTR), Citius TransNet InvIT, Bagmane Prime Office REIT and Leela Hotels.

He is recognised as a ‘Key Lawyer’ for Capital Markets by the Legal 500 Asia-Pacific Guide (2021, 2022). Rohit holds a B.Sc. and an LLB (Hons) from Gujarat National Law University, and is admitted to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
