Rahul Bagga

Rahul Bagga is a Partner at Dentons Link Legal, specializing in Intellectual Property Law. He has nearly 15 years of experience managing complex IP matters, including patents, trademarks, designs, copyright, plant variety rights, and geographical indications, with a focus on patent prosecution and enforcement across diverse technological domains.

Rahul has served over 3,000 clients across technology domains including robotics, automotive, biotechnology, life sciences, electric vehicles, and semiconductors. He has led IP due diligence for the acquisition of Sensonics GMBH, built and managed large IP portfolios for clients including Inito, Thejo Engg., SMPP, Fabheads, Symphony, and Grey Orange, and led preparation of EOUs for a Fortune 500 memory company for enforcement litigation in the United States. He also obtained injunctive relief for Falcon Autotech against a Chinese major.

He is a Registered Indian Patent and Design Agent and has been recognised as a Notable Practitioner by IP Stars (2025-26), named in BW Legal 40 under 40, and is an ICON Alumni of the Year 2022. He serves as Convenor of the Law & Arbitration Cell at the BRICS Chamber of Commerce.
