Mohit regularly advises clients across the life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, FMCG, food and beverage, fashion and luxury, technology, and manufacturing sectors. He has extensive experience managing complex multi‑jurisdictional trademark portfolios across more than 40 jurisdictions, including global filing, prosecution, enforcement, and licensing. Notable matters include advising a Fortune 500 healthcare company on nationwide anti‑counterfeiting investigations and coordinated enforcement actions against counterfeit pharmaceutical products; advising a leading API manufacturer on protecting its global trademark portfolio and coordinating actions across 35+ jurisdictions; advising a globally recognized food company on intellectual property commercialization and a complex tripartite licensing agreement; and advising technology and emerging businesses on building global IP portfolios to support investment rounds and international growth.
