Praveen Kumar

Praveen Kumar is a Partner in CMS INDUSLAW's Real Estate practice group, based in the Hyderabad office. His practice focuses on Real Estate Law.

With over 20 years of experience, Praveen's practice primarily involves drafting and negotiating various forms of real estate agreements, including Commercial Leases, Joint Development Agreements, Construction Agreements, Operation of CAM Agreements, and conducting land due diligences.

He has represented various Indian, U.S. and U.K. based entities, including the US Consulate General and the British Deputy High Commission, relating to their real estate transactions in Hyderabad.

Praveen has extensive experience in handling complex transactions related to real estate and has advised several international corporations and institutions.

Prior to joining CMS INDUSLAW, Praveen was associated with Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A. Shroff & Co, Fox Mandal and Associates, and Tatva Legal, Hyderabad.

He holds a B.A.B.L and LL.M from Osmania University, Hyderabad (2004), and is enrolled as an Advocate in India. He speaks English.
