Prasad Dhande

Prasad Dhande is a Senior Partner at Dentons Link Legal in Mumbai, specializing in Arbitration and Mediation. His practice also encompasses real estate, admiralty and maritime, and general corporate and commercial disputes.

With over three decades of experience, Prasad has advised and strategized complex litigation for marquee clients across multiple fora, covering constitutional challenges, securities, intellectual property, contractual disputes, telecom, corporate, and maritime law. Notable matters include advising Sify Ltd on setting up a data centre, advising Bharti Airtel Ltd on undersea cable landing and property acquisition, handling litigation for Indus Towers Ltd and Reliance Communications Ltd, and obtaining an Anton Pillar injunction for an Italian manufacturer in an IP dispute with its Indian JV partner. He also advised on the acquisition of 5,000 acres of land for a power plant and has handled multiple arbitrations involving telecom, software implementation, and maritime cargo damage claims.

He holds a B.Com and LL.B from the University of Mumbai and is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
