Pradyuman Sewar

Pradyuman Sewar is a Partner at Kochhar & Co. in the Gurgaon office, specialising in White Collar Crime and corporate commercial litigation. His practice encompasses proceedings before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and District Courts, as well as domestic and international arbitrations.

Pradyuman has represented clients in high-stakes matters ranging from urgent interim relief petitions and writ petitions challenging government policies and tender decisions, to complex commercial disputes and contractual claims. He has defended the termination of contracts valued at INR 900 crores, advised a Japanese client on joint venture disputes before the NCLT, and represented banks in litigation against NHAI for recovery of aggregate termination payments of INR 1800 crores across multiple road projects. He also regularly appears in criminal proceedings involving criminal breach of trust, cheating, defamation and forgery.

Pradyuman holds a B.A. LL.B. from the Army Institute of Law, Mohali. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
