Krishna Vijay Singh

Krishna Vijay Singh is a Senior Partner and head of the Firm's Gurgaon office, specialising in White Collar Crime. With more than 27 years of experience, he represents clients in white-collar matters, complex commercial disputes and contentious matters both in India and overseas.

KV's core strength lies in his expertise in both criminal and civil litigation and arbitration, making him an ideal choice for white-collar cases with parallel civil and regulatory aspects. He has conducted investigations into suspected corrupt practices, advised on risk mitigation strategies, and handled some of the most prominent corporate fraud matters reported in India. He also specialises in ESG matters, advising clients on environmental, social, governance and control issues, with in-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.

KV holds an LL.B. from Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi (1996) and a B.Sc. from St. Stephen's College, University of Delhi (1993). He is a member of the Delhi Bar Council.
