Nithin Kumar

Nithin Kumar is a lawyer at Dua Associates in Bangalore, specialising in real estate law, corporate and commercial law, and property transactions. He has comprehensive knowledge of local land laws and expertise in conducting legal due diligence for agricultural, residential, commercial, and industrial properties, as well as drafting conveyance documents, agreements, and leases.

Nithin has assisted prominent real estate developers in the development of housing projects and property acquisitions across Karnataka, and has issued special opinions on complex issues related to title of properties. He was part of the Real Estate team in one of the largest-ever deals in the Indian real estate sector, involving a transaction of 12.5 million sq. ft. of select assets across Bangalore and Chennai.
