Namita Das is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice at Dentons Link Legal, advising clients across mergers and acquisitions, aviation, restructuring and insolvency, projects, corporate finance, securities laws, private equity investments, exchange control, and trade and export controls.

She has over 17 years of experience advising prestigious clients across sectors including aviation, airports, power and energy (including renewables), infrastructure (including transport), banking and finance, manufacturing, gaming, real estate, hotels and hospitality, retail, media and technology, waste management, telecom and insurance. Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, she practiced with AZB & Partners and Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co.

Namita holds a BA, LL.B. (Hons) from National Law University, Jodhpur.
