Nachiketa Goyal

Nachiketa Goyal is an Associate Partner at Kochhar & Co. in the Gurgaon office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. He has over a decade of experience in alternate dispute resolution, civil and criminal litigation, and general corporate and commercial transactions.

Nachiketa has advised and represented clients across infrastructure, construction, roads, highways, metro projects, toll operations, and oil & gas, handling complex domestic and international arbitrations as well as high-profile, high-value litigation matters. He has also supported multinational and domestic clients in pharmaceuticals, aviation, real estate, and consumer goods on corporate and commercial issues, and regularly advises on labour and employment matters. His practice also encompasses White Collar Crime and corporate compliance.

Nachiketa holds a B.Com. LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi, the Delhi High Court Bar Association, the District Bar Association, Gurgaon, and the Indian Council of Arbitration.
