Mayank Singhal

Mayank Singhal is a Partner at Dua Associates in Delhi, specialising in international trade law, corporate commercial litigation, and indirect tax. He advises a range of exporters, importers, chambers of associations, and user associations in various trade remedy investigations carried out by the Indian Ministry of Commerce, the US Department of Commerce, and various WTO member countries.

Mayank has over ten years of professional legal experience, serving several leading international corporations in highly contentious trade remedy disputes under the WTO framework, litigation pertaining to anti-dumping, countervailing and safeguard duty, white-collar crime, intellectual property rights, and constitutional and administrative law. He is widely accepted as an advisor among industry, government institutions, and trade associations, providing insights that enable stakeholders to make well-informed decisions on complex trade and commerce matters.

Mayank holds an LL.M in Corporate Laws from National Law University, Jodhpur (2014), an LL.B from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut (2008), and a B.Com from Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut (2005). He is enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
