Ashish Singh

Ashish Singh is a lawyer at Dua Associates in Delhi, practising in Dispute Resolution (Litigation & Arbitration), International Trade, and Intellectual Property. His practice focuses on corporate commercial litigation and arbitration, with special emphasis on intellectual property litigation, white-collar crimes, environmental protection, and international trade law. He serves clients from the technology, digital media, fashion, luxury goods, logistics, media, and chemical industries in both civil and criminal litigation matters.

He has extensive experience in defending civil and criminal litigation in anti-corruption actions and has represented companies facing allegations of improper payments and those under investigation. In intellectual property matters, he has represented clients in trademark, copyright, and patent litigation before various High Courts and the Supreme Court of India, as well as before specialized tribunals.

He is actively involved in international trade law, advising exporters, chambers of associations, importers, and user associations in trade remedy investigations carried out by the Government of India. He has been ranked as a 'Leading Individual' in the field of WTO and International Trade Law.

He holds an LL.B degree from the National Law School of India University, Bangalore (2007).
