Manish Dembla

Manish Dembla is a Partner at Kochhar & Co. in the Gurgaon office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. With about 17 years of experience, his practice focuses on alternate dispute resolution and litigation pertaining to infrastructure and construction projects, including roads and highways, power projects, pipelines, water projects, metro projects and railways, handling complex and high-value domestic and international arbitrations.

Manish also regularly advises clients on employment law issues, including drafting employment documentation, labour law compliances, disciplinary proceedings, sexual harassment complaints and voluntary severance schemes, and represents clients before labour Commissioners, labour courts, industrial tribunals, High Courts and the Supreme Court. He also advises on general corporate and commercial matters across sectors including oil and gas, real estate, pharmaceuticals, education, aviation, consumer goods, IT, telecommunications, banking and insurance.
