Kshitij Bishnoi

Kshitij Bishnoi is a Partner in CMS INDUSLAW's Real Estate practice group, based in the Delhi & NCR office. His primary practice area is Real Estate Law.

He specialises in matters pertaining to development and collaboration transactions, joint ventures, foreign investment in real estate, local law advisory, SEZ investments, warehousing activities, renewable power projects, all phases of retail and office leases and licences, co-working spaces, purchase and sale of high-value real estate in India, acquisition of large agricultural land parcels for development purposes, comprehensive due diligences, handholding institutional investors, and advisory on all technical land and development-related laws.

He has acted in a multitude of deals across various asset classes, including industrial, commercial, institutional, retail, residential, hospitality and agriculture. He is a trusted adviser to major real estate developers and multinational investors, and is praised for his ability to advise on and navigate the real estate elements in M&A transactions.

Prior to joining CMS INDUSLAW, he was a partner at Khaitan & Co, New Delhi. He holds an L.L.B. (Hons.) from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, Delhi (2010), and is an Advocate in India. He speaks English.
