Bhaskar Mishra

Bhaskar Mishra is a Partner at Dua Associates in Gurgaon, specialising in real estate law, corporate and commercial law, and infrastructure and energy projects. He is an Advocate and Certified Mediator with over 25 years of experience, advising clients on large-scale real estate transactions, FDI in real estate and infrastructure, title due diligence, private equity investments, and joint development arrangements.

Bhaskar has carried out due diligence and end-to-end transaction closure for several new and renewable power projects in Gujarat, Rajasthan, and Chhattisgarh, cumulatively covering more than 25,000 acres. He regularly assists clients with structuring and documentation for mergers, demergers, joint ventures, and share purchase transactions, as well as compliance under FEMA and RBI guidelines. He has handled complex real estate projects involving townships, technology parks, hotels, SEZs, and industrial developments, and has drafted and negotiated a wide range of transaction documents including development agreements, conveyance deeds, lease deeds, joint venture agreements, and escrow arrangements. He also advises on infrastructure projects in sectors such as power, telecommunications, roads, airports, and ports, including PPP models and regulatory frameworks.

Bhaskar holds a Bachelor of Laws from Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi, and a Bachelor of Arts from Lucknow University. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and is a member of the Supreme Court Bar Association, Delhi High Court Bar Association, and UP RERA Bar Association.
