Dhiraj Wal

Dhiraj Wal is the Vice President of Administration at Dua Associates in Delhi, specialising in compliance law and administrative management. He oversees the implementation of all policies and ensures the smooth functioning of all offices across the firm's pan-India network.

Dhiraj is a second-generation Army officer, having served for 20 years in the Indian Army following his commissioning from the Indian Military Academy in 1991. He took premature retirement in 2012 and has since been with the firm. He is a qualified HR professional with a Post Graduate Certification in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur, has pursued a course in Business Management from MDI Gurgaon, and is a certified Trainer from Dale Carnegie. In addition to his role as VP Admin, he is a qualified Food Safety Auditor and has carried out over 100 Risk Assessment and Food Safety Audits of Star Hotels of the erstwhile Starwood Group of Hotels in India and South East Asia.
