Christopher Edwin

Christopher Edwin is a Partner at Kochhar & Co. in the Bangalore office, specialising in Dispute Resolution. With over two decades of experience, his practice spans constitutional, corporate, contract, employment, insolvency and bankruptcy, property, succession, family and intellectual property law, covering original, appellate and writ jurisdictions across India.

Christopher has extensive experience in domestic and international commercial arbitration, including the enforcement of foreign awards, and has represented government companies, public sector undertakings, foreign corporations, large corporates and start-ups across the infrastructure, power and real estate sectors, including tender-related disputes. He regularly appears before various High Courts, Commercial Courts, District Courts, Arbitral Tribunals, NCLT and NCLAT.

Christopher holds an LL.B. from Bangalore University, a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from St. Joseph's College of Commerce, Bangalore, and a PGD in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management from Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bangalore. He is a member of the Karnataka State Bar Council.
