Anukriti Jain

Anukriti Jain is an Associate Partner at Dentons Link Legal in New Delhi, specializing in Energy Law. With over a decade of experience in the power and energy sector, she advises clients on regulatory and contractual disputes, working closely with power generation, transmission and distribution companies, renewable energy developers, and large industrial consumers on complex legal and regulatory issues.

Anukriti regularly advises government bodies including Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation and Meghalaya Energy Corporation, and represents clients before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts, the Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL), and State and Central Electricity Regulatory Commissions. She has advised JSW Energy, Adani Green Energy Ltd., Hindustan Zinc, Cleanmax, Sembcorp, Vena Energy, and Solar Power Developer Association on tariff disputes, change in law claims, power purchase agreements, renewable energy regulations, and sector‑specific compliance.
