Ambuj Sonal is a Partner in the Corporate Commercial practice at Dentons Link Legal, Mumbai, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. He has over 11 years of experience in M&A, joint ventures, strategic alliances, cross‑border investments, and restructuring of Indian and international conglomerates, as well as private equity and venture capital investments.

Ambuj's role in transactions includes negotiations, drafting, complex structuring, strategic advice, and interaction with promoters and financial services providers. He specializes in Foreign Exchange Regulations, equity and debt investments, employment issues, and general corporate and commercial laws. He has advised clients across manufacturing, real estate, e‑commerce, NBFCs, and information technology sectors.

He holds a B.A. LL.B. (Hons) from Chanakya National Law University, Patna. Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, he worked with Pioneer Legal and Lodha Group.
