Akash Nath

Akash Nath is a lawyer in the Corporate & Commercial Law team at Dua Associates in Delhi, advising corporates across various sectors on foreign investment, employment and labour laws, and legal and regulatory compliance.

He has conducted legal compliance audits for domestic and multinational clients across diverse industries including pharmaceuticals, motor vehicles, software development and gas transportation. He advises several diplomatic missions and foreign governments on their legal affairs in India, and also advises public sector and government entities on oil and gas related statutes and regulations. Prior to joining Dua Associates, he was involved in litigation and arbitration engagements on behalf of major public sector undertakings. He has also managed a large international commercial arbitration in India. He has taught a course in Indian law at one of the oldest universities in Germany since 2007.

Akash holds an LL.B from the University of Delhi (1991). He attended The Hague Academy of International Law in the Netherlands.
