Sharan Balasubramanian

Sharan Balasubramanian is a Partner at Dua Associates in Chennai, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and structured debt transactions. He practices primarily in the areas of corporate and commercial law with an emphasis on private equity transactions and structured debt transactions.
