Ruchika Sidhwani

Ruchika Sidhwani is a Partner at Dua Associates in Pune, specialising in arbitration and mediation, commercial litigation, intellectual property law, and corporate law. She advises clients on commercial transactions, civil litigation, and the enforcement of intellectual property rights across a broad spectrum of corporate and commercial matters.

Ruchika holds a Master of Laws in International Commercial Arbitration (2012-13) and a Master of Laws in European Intellectual Property Law (2011-12) from Stockholm University. She is the author of The Concept of Trade Mark Series: Origin and Implication for the Scope of Protection, published by LAP Lambert Academic Publishing GmbH & Co.

Ruchika holds an LL.B from Indian Law Society's Law College, Pune (2006).
