Rajesh G. Pal

Rajesh G. Pal is a Partner in the Corporate and Commercial Practice Group at Dentons Link Legal, Mumbai, specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions. With over two decades of experience, he advises domestic and international clients on investment advisory, corporate structuring, entity formation, governance, commercial contracting, business transfers, and exchange control laws for both inbound and outbound investments.

Rajesh’s core expertise includes M&A, corporate restructuring, strategic joint ventures, private equity and venture capital investments, and foreign direct investments across sectors such as manufacturing, services, retail, real estate, and hospitality. He is also an integral member of the firm's Data Centre Practice Group, advising clients on setting up and operating data center businesses in India.

He holds an LL.B from the University of Mumbai and is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa and the Bombay Incorporated Law Society.
