Priyanka Jain

Priyanka Jain is a Partner in the Tax group at Vaish Associates, based in Mumbai, focusing on Tax Law. She is a lawyer and a qualified Chartered Accountant.

She handles varied advisory assignments related to tax issues including domestic taxation, international tax planning and consultation, transfer pricing and tax due diligence analysis.

She regularly represents income tax matters before various income tax authorities, the Income Tax Appellate Tribunal and the High Court, and has successfully argued several domestic and international tax matters. She also counsels clients on the tax aspects of corporate reorganisations and is a regular speaker at various tax events.

Her practice areas are corporate and international tax, with related practices in advisory and litigation. She holds a B.Com, an LLB and a CA, and is a member of the Bombay High Court Bar Association and the Bombay Chartered Accountants Society. She speaks English, Hindi, Assamese and Bengali.
