Pramod Gharge

Pramod Gharge is a Partner at Dua Associates in Pune, specialising in mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, labour and employment law, and company secretarial services. He has been practicing law since 2006, handling corporate and commercial work including acquisitions, joint ventures, share purchase agreements, incorporation of wholly owned subsidiaries, and various commercial agreements.

Pramod has conducted due diligence and legal audits for companies across the auto, IT/ITES, chemicals, and real estate sectors. He has extensive experience in company secretarial work, including conducting board and general meetings, regulatory compliance with stock exchanges, and work under FEMA rules and regulations. He also advises on labour law compliance and audits, employment matters, labour policies, and employee stock options, as well as environmental laws and food safety standards.

Prior to joining Dua Associates in 2006, he worked with ADF Foods Limited, a company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange, as a Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.

Pramod holds an LL.B from Indian Law Society's Law College, Pune (2006).
