Palecanda Chinnappa

Palecanda Chinnappa is a Partner based in the Bengaluru office of CMS INDUSLAW. His primary practice area is Commercial Litigation, and he specialises in litigation and dispute resolution.

He regularly represents private clients as well as a wide variety of corporate clients involved in the fields of banking and finance, real estate, energy and infrastructure, e-commerce, travel, hospitality and retail, before a number of dispute resolution forums, including the Supreme Court, the Karnataka High Court, the Civil and Criminal Trial Courts at Bengaluru, the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, the Debt Recovery Tribunal, the National Company Law Tribunal and the Consumer Disputes Redressal Agencies, among others.

He advises on disputes and laws pertaining to arbitration and conciliation, banking and finance, companies, contracts, debt recovery, employment and labour, intellectual property rights, mergers and amalgamations, and transfer of property, among others.
