Megha Chauhan

Megha Chauhan is an Advocate and Corporate Lawyer based in Chandigarh, India, practising in corporate and commercial law, with a focus on real estate, infrastructure projects, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and civil litigation.

She has experience handling matters before the Punjab and Haryana High Court, as well as the Consumer Commissions, Debts Recovery Tribunal, National Company Law Tribunal and the Enforcement Directorate (ED).

She holds an LL.M in Corporate Law and Financial Law & Policy from O.P.
