Mayank Mishra

Mayank Mishra has over 20 years of experience as a litigator. His primary practice area is Arbitration and Mediation.

He has acted for and advised various Indian and foreign businesses, investors, public sector enterprises and financial institutions in a variety of disputes. He has considerable experience in handling shareholders' disputes, minority and protection actions, contract enforcement, insolvency and bankruptcy disputes, and disputes arising out of a wide variety of transactions including investment agreements, concession agreements, construction contracts, and disputes relating to white-collar crimes and investigations.

He has extensive experience in commercial arbitrations (domestic and foreign) and construction and engineering arbitrations. He has also conducted international commercial arbitrations in Paris, London and Singapore.

Prior to joining CMS INDUSLAW, he was associated with JSA, Delhi. He is the author of an article on International Arbitration Laws and Regulations 2022 | India, Global Legal Insights (2022).

He holds a B.A. LL.B (Hons.) from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal (2004). He is an Advocate in India and speaks English.
