Manoj Panzade

Manoj Panzade is a Partner at Dentons Link Legal, GIFT City-Gandhinagar, specializing in Corporate Law. With nearly two decades of legal experience, he advises on litigation, regulation and compliance, intellectual property, and contracts and transactions, resolving complex legal challenges faced by corporate entities.

Manoj has significant experience in financing documents for loan transactions, investment instruments including debentures and alternative investment funds, and mergers and acquisitions documentation such as Shareholders' Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, and Business Transfer Agreements, as well as conducting due diligence. He has worked with NBFCs, banks, trustee companies, and infrastructure conglomerates, handling property documentation, land acquisition, and revenue and RoC record verification. He has also led contract management, compliance and risk management, legal dispute resolution, and intellectual property rights protection.

He holds a B.S.L. LL.B. from the University of Pune and studied at UBI Business School in Brussels. He is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra & Goa.
