Madhur Verma

Madhur Verma is a Partner at Dentons Link Legal in GIFT City Gandhinagar, specialising in banking and finance law, project finance, and structured finance. He has close to a decade of experience advising a wide variety of clients, including conglomerates, overseas and domestic banks, financial institutions, funds, and government entities on project finance, structured finance, and debt capital market transactions.

Madhur has advised a non-banking financial institution on advancing total loans of INR 1800 crore to four borrowing SPVs engaged in development of hydro power projects on a cross‑collateralisation structure; a leading non‑banking financial company on advancing total loans of INR 1200 crore to three borrowing SPVs engaged in development of solar and wind projects; a Singapore‑based fund on the sale of 19 road project SPVs to an infrastructure investment trust; and a conglomerate on the acquisition of a cement plant in India and an inter‑corporate deposit of INR 250 crore to the target company. He also advised on external commercial borrowing facilities, lease rental discounting, and non‑convertible debenture issuances.

Madhur holds a B.A. LL.B (Hons) from Nirma University - Institute of Law. He is a member of the Bar Council of Rajasthan.
