Atul Sharma

Atul Sharma is the Executive Chairman of Dentons Link Legal, specializing in Infrastructure Law. He has over four decades of experience in project advisory, corporate litigation, mediation, arbitration, aviation, projects & infrastructure, business restructuring, employment law, real estate, hospitality, and commercial transactions.

Atul is recognised as a leading disputes, infrastructure, and aviation lawyer, ranked in Band 1 for Aviation and Band 2 for Dispute Resolution by Chambers and Partners Asia-Pacific, and named a Leading Individual in Aviation and Dispute Resolution by The Legal 500 Asia-Pacific. He has been empanelled as an Arbitrator with the India International Arbitration Centre since 2024.
