Ankur Loona

Ankur Loona is a Partner in the Capital Markets Practice at Dentons Link Legal in Mumbai, specialising in capital markets law, securities and corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions. He has over eighteen years of experience in capital markets, regulatory compliance, takeovers and tender offers, shareholder activism, and general corporate advisory matters.

Ankur has successfully navigated a wide range of transactions, including initial public offerings, rights issues, strategic M&A transactions, and regulatory compliance strategies. He regularly advises clients across the manufacturing, financial services, infrastructure, and consumer sectors on domestic and cross-border transactions. He has spearheaded several initial public offerings and brings a transaction-focused practice across capital markets, corporate advisory, and securities law matters.

Ankur holds a BCL and LL.B from Government Law College, Mumbai (2009). He is a member of the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa and a Permanent Member of the Bombay Bar Association.
