Anil Agarwal

Anil Agarwal is a Partner at Dua Associates in Mumbai, specialising in banking and finance law, corporate and commercial law, and real estate law. He advises on project finances, investments, and diverse banking and finance related issues, including transaction structuring, regulatory approvals, security enforcement remedies, mergers and acquisitions, and the setting up of companies and joint ventures.

Anil has been involved in formulating, negotiating, and implementing structures for foreign investments and acquisitions, and has conducted legal due diligence exercises for clients for diverse purposes. He has considerable experience in commercial documentation and drafting of transactional agreements, and has handled arbitration and litigation matters involving general commercial disputes to constitutional matters.
