Aman Bahri

Aman Bahri is Of Counsel at Dua Associates, based in Chandigarh, with extensive experience in litigation across constitutional law, corporate law, arbitration, property, land acquisition, revenue, labour and service matters. He frequently appears before various courts, tribunals and statutory authorities, including the High Court, DRT and NCLT, in both civil and criminal matters.

He previously served as Additional Advocate General, Punjab (2012–2016), defending the State Government in land acquisition, revenue, service, tender and constitutional matters, and later as Additional Advocate General, Haryana. He has also been on the panel of the Official Liquidator attached to the Punjab & Haryana High Court, representing the Official Liquidator in winding-up proceedings, and regularly appears before the National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench. His practice includes representing government bodies such as HUDA, HSIIDC, Panjab University and Chandigarh Administration.

Aman holds an LL.B from Punjab University (2000).
