Aditya Bhardwaj

Aditya Bhardwaj is a Partner in the Projects, Finance & Infrastructure (PFI) practice at Dentons Link Legal in Mumbai, focusing on infrastructure advisory and financing, mergers and acquisitions, banking and structured finance, and competition law.

He has experience advising on acquisitions and investments in the infrastructure sector, financing structures, corporate and debt restructurings, regulatory compliance, and structuring financing and equity contracts, working alongside government authorities, financial institutions, corporates and investors. He also advises clients on competition law matters including cartels, abuse of dominance, combinations and merger control, and competition compliance. Prior to joining Dentons Link Legal, he served as Vice President (Legal) with IDFC FIRST Bank for approximately 10 years, preceded by a stint of close to 4 years with the IL&FS group.

Aditya holds an LL.B from the Campus Law Centre, Faculty of Law, University of Delhi and a B.A. in Geography (Hons.) from St. Xavier's College, Ranchi. He is a member of the Bar Council of Delhi.
